Abstract

Corporate culture, or organizational culture, is an organization's unique cultural image composed of its values, beliefs, rituals, symbols and ways of doing things.

Education Institutions training industry development history founded in China is not in a long period time, the longest institutions are founded less than 30 years, the vast majority of less than 10 years development history, the stationing of public institutions in addition to a few cities across the country, most belong to small and medium-sized institutions, in the recruitment of students, teaching and management and is still exist many problems, many of the survival and development of institutions are still in the middle of the market and the policy of cracks. Talking about the enterprise culture construction, is not very interested in the topic for the principals of institutions. However, we often find themselves in such a situation: education training is a marginalized industry and rarely becomes the focus and focus of local mainstream social consciousness. Once it becomes the focus of media and public opinion, most of it is negative news. Because the industry wasn’t established relative specification, clear goals and the development of the industry service standards, many institutions which didn't realize the development in school should take corporate social responsibility. The society need to have a more clear and correct understanding in terms of a relatively positive social position of these education institutions. However, in this respect, it is very closely related to the construction of corporate culture.
