Abstract

With the steady development of market economy, the competitiveness of talents in various industries in China has also increased. Effective employee motivation has a big effect of the economic benefits and long-term development of state-owned enterprises (Zhang and Liu, 2018). However, many state-owned enterprises (SOEs) facing serious problems such as bureaucracy, low working efficiency and serious brain drain.
