THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WITH ONLINE SHOPPING IN NILAI, MALAYSIA

Online Shopping is that users purchase products or service online and deliver to them later. There was an interesting trend of studying customer satisfaction with online shopping in the past five years. The research is going to study the customer satisfaction with online shopping in Nilai, Malaysia. In addition, the framework of this research is based on the Theory of Reasoned Action model. Different factors that are after-sales service, delivery, promotion and quality shall be identified to determine how these factors influence customer satisfaction with online shopping and what degree every factor influence customer satisfaction with online shopping. The method of this research is based on quantitative approach. Formative and summative evaluation will be given after results come out. Recommendation and suggestions for future study would be give to how to improve online customer satisfaction.
