THE FACTORS IN FLUENCING CHINESE ENTERPRISES' HIRING INTENTION IN XI’AN

Workforce is important for the ultimate development of an organization. This is why when employing new staff into an organization there are some factors that should be taken into account. For an instance the salary requirement of an employee may play an important factor as well as the factors like which degree he had concentrated during his degree years. The main purpose of the research is identifying the factors that have strong impact during the employee selection and the researcher has intended to show the relationship in between the factors and the employee selection decisions of various organizations in the mainland part of China that is known as Xi’an.
China maintains world's largest share of the workforces, majority of them is graduate students. In addition to this portion of the people enrolling for the higher studies has increased rapidly in the past few year in the China. However, it has been identified that
demand for the labour is not rising at the same rate as compared to the supply of thelabour. In such situation it becomes quite important to understand the reasons behind the excess supply. In order evaluate this study; the researcher has focused on analysing the demand side, to understand the major factors affecting the selection of candidatefora particular role.
In order to have detailed analysis of the factors influencing Chinese enterprises&hiring intention in Xi’an the researcher has developed this paper into five chapters. Inthis first chapter the researcher has discussed the background of the study and has started problem. Moreover, in this chapter the researcher has developed the researcher hypothesis that has helped in conducting the researcher in a systematic manner
