The Factors influencing turnover intention of employee from real estate industry in Shanghai China

In recent years, with the fierce competition between enterprises, the phenomenon of employees leaving becomes more and more serious among real estate industry in China. It increases the cost of enterprise human resources, undermine the cohesion of
the enterprise, and also affect the long-term development strategy. In fact, many researches have explored the factors that have affected on the turnover for the employee. In the same way, this study also explores the key reasons that cause high turnover Intention.
This study used on-premise questionnaires to explore factors and data collected from 400 surveys were studied. For this questionnaires were distributed from different private enterprisers in China. This study shows that the level of turnover intention for employee is mostly affected by firms’ training, organization culture and wage has a direct and positive effect on them in real estate industry. However, to extend the results of this research, the limitation of the amount of the enterprises where the questionnaires were collected. So for further study, it is suggested that more questionnaires should be collected from a wider range of firms.
