The Employee Vigor and Company Development: the Case of Chinese HaiDiLao Hotpot Company

Abstract

Purpose

Understandand explore the current problems of Chinese HaiDiLao Hotpot Company and relate these issues to the effective company development of HaiDiLao company. At the same time, identify the impact of employee vigor on HaiDiLao company in order to understand whether the employee vigor will promote the company development.

Design,Methodology and Approach:

This project adopts the qualitative method to do a single case study and set the Chinese HaiDiLao Hotpot Company as an example to analyze.

Key Findings

The purpose of this study is to determine the positive or negative impact of employeevigor on company development of Chinese HaiDiLao Hotpot Company. The findingsof this study also provide a reference for the aspects of the management mode, management focus, and company development of other companies.

Research Limitations and Implications

The time limitation is the main problem affecting the study, which limiting the sample size and the time of data collection.
