A STUDY ON THE CHANGES OF THE SHANGHAI STOCK INDEX AFTER THE 19th COMMUNIST PARTY OF CHINA CONGRESS

Abstract

This paper mainly studies the changes of Shanghai stock index in one year before and after the 19th CPC national congress. Using stock value theory, political economy, unit root test, difference test, granger test and other methods, this paper mainly studies the impact of changes in macroeconomic data on the changes of Shanghai Stock index after major political conferences in China.
