Abstract

The proposed of this study aim is to understand the factors that influence the customer satisfaction of Beijing, China five-star hotel restaurant.

The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between the service quality, products quality, environment and customer satisfaction in Beijing five-star hotel restaurant. In this way, five-star hotel restaurant could clearly find a good way for customer satisfaction and help the restaurant to better manage its long-term business. In addition, this study helps to understand consumer psychology and understand the standards of excellent restaurants. These studies will make managers aware of the importance of customer satisfaction.
