Abstract

The proposed study aim is to understand how the three leadership stytle theory (transactional leadership style, transformational leadership style and Laissez Faire leadership style) that affect the employee performance in China Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Sector.

The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between the transactional leadership style and employee performance, the relationship between transformational leadership style and employee performance, the relationship between Laissez Faire leadership style and employee performance in China Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Sector. Therefore, we can find a suitable leadership style to help leaders improve their employee‟s performance in China Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Sector .

That research could be beneficial to public department, society and specific person. First, that may useful to the public department officer such as China Statistics department . This research will facilitate statistic officer understand the employee satisfaction rate in China Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Sector. Besides that, this research will illustrate some general information about the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry and that is useful for industry managers or leaders to deeply understand how to influence their employee in the better way. These research will give the managers or leaders an impressive view about the importance of leadership theory.
