INCENTIVE MECHANISM FACTORS INFLUENCE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE OF ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY IN HENAN, CHINA

Since China's electrical industry is a knowledge intensive enterprise, and China's Henan is also a densely populated electrical company, employees have been gradually reduced this year because of insufficient incentives for employees. Therefore, it is especially important to study the impact of incentive factors on employee performance. The three factors involved in this study are salary incentive, job promotion, and employee engagement. The geographic focus of this study is the electrical industry in Henan, China, which analyzes the performance of employees in Henan electrical companies. The purpose of this study is the impact of salary in centive, job promotion and employee engagement on the performance of Henan electrical industry employees. Collect data through questionnaires analyze results using Smart PLS, and draw conclusions.
