Abstract

Today, as people are engaged in the e-commerce industry, customer satisfaction is particularly important. This study designed one factor including 5 dimension, which is customer service (tangibility , reliability , responsiveness , assurance , empathy).

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of these factors on customer satisfaction. Questionnaires were surveyed using an online survey and using convenient sampling method. The design of this questionnaire was designed based on the research foundation of the predecessors.
