RESEARCH ON RISK MANAGEMENT FOR DIGITAL FINANCIAL SERVICES PLATFORMS IN THE POST COVID-19 ERA

Abstract

In the post COVID-19 era, enhancement of risk management performance has become a necessary method to strengthen the stability of digital financial services platforms. This study is a mixture of case study and SPSS analysis. The risk management case study of Ant Group shows the current development status of fintech platforms in China. Descriptive analysis, exploratory analysis and multiple regression analysis of statistical Questionnaire demonstrates a significant positive correlation between information flow, policy & regulation and risk management performance of digital platform. There is no clear relationship between human resources and risk management performance of digital platforms. The findings of these studies help Chinese digital financial platforms to effectively identify and avoid risks in their operations.
