Abstract

Over the last decade, the topic of sexual misconduct has become increasingly popular. As indicated by the expending number of cases, numbers  of countries have made legislative move to recall it as an unacceptable conduct and simultaneously to discourage and punish it. In the hotel sector in particular, sexual assault has been discussed as much as possible as a key issue. Working in the banking industry where regularly includes to meet with various people over the span. In this study, the main aim is to examine implication of sexual harassment toward women in workplace. Three factor models, by specifying women harassment were found to have medium solid connection with reliant factors to be specific work. Therefore, this research has been initiated to bridge the implication, the causes, what is the impact and how to overcome it. In this research has been indicated and review applicable models and also an appropriated literature that are concerned on all the research variables.
