As an emerging market, mobile payment market is being grabbed by major merchants. Exploring users' willingness to continue using mobile payments after they receive them will help each mobile payment platform optimize products and achieve user retention and growth. Therefore, this paper will identify the relevant factors affecting consumers' intention to continue using mobile payments, analyze their mechanism of action on their willingness to continue using mobile payments, and on this basis explore how enterprises can expand the mobile payment user base by improving consumers' willingness to continue using mobile payments when they travel abroad.
In order to study people in the situation of travel, use mobile phone payment willingness. By increasing the usage rate of mobile payment, foreign exchange can be effectively monitored, so as to conduct anti-money laundering activities and reduce the crime rate.
This article uses TAM and IDT models to create arguments. This paper adopts online questionnaire collection and SPSS 25.0 software for data analysis. I mainly used factor analysis and linear regression analysis to analyze the relationship between five independent variables and dependent variables. Finally, the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables is obtained. Then, I will give some recommendations on academic, governmental and industrial area.
