RESEARCH ON THE CAUSES OF THE TURNOVER OF EMPLOYEES IN CHINA PRIVATE ENTERPRISES

Since the reform and opening up, private enterprises have played an irreplaceable role in promoting economic development and solving employment (ZHANG, 2017). However, the problem of employee turnover in private enterprises has become one of the serious problems that have plagued the development of private enterprises, which has greatly hindered the development of private enterprises, with the continuous development of the social economy, competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fier ce (Susan, 2015).
This article first defines the related concepts of private enterprise and employee mobility, and describes the current situation and characteristics of employee turnover in private enterprises. In the basis of reading a large number of research literatures, through the distribution of questionnaires to collect data, the questionnaire design focuses on the factors affecting the mobility of employees in private enterprises, randomly selected 200 private enterprise employees to conduct resea rch, and proposed countermeasures to reduce employee turnover. Hope that the results of this paper will help Chinese private enterprises to solve the problem of employee turnover.
