INFLUENCING FACTORS OF EMPLOYEE TURNOVER INTENTION IN SHANGHAI'S ICT INDUSTRY

Abstract

With the rapid development of economic globalization, the effective development and scientific management of human resources play a crucial role in the development of high-tech enterprises. Turnover intention is an important indicator for enterprises to measure internal human resource flow. It reflects the attraction and satisfaction of enterprises to employees, and its role cannot be underestimated. In recent years, the rapid development of the Internet and related industries has continuously exerted a significant impact on the surrounding industry pattern. As an emerging industry, the unified communication industry is greatly affected by its impact. Over the years, China's Information and Communication Technology industry has seen a high turnover intention. Huawei, for example, has been building a corporate culture of "high salary, high job stress and high efficiency" dominated by Wolf culture. This kind of wild fighting spirit enables Huawei group to develop and expand rapidly within a short period of more than ten years, thus creating a brilliant enterprise. However, over rendering Wolf culture also reflects a terrible tool rationality, in which the aggressiveness makes employees' personal emotions and the relationship between employees
become tense, forming a great job stress and mutual distrust, which goes against the long-term development of enterprises.

This article mainly from the point of view of the present Shanghai, China ICT industry high turnover intention, to explore the factors that affect it, the investigation and analysis in such as salary, job stress and corporate culture under the influence of factors such as employee satisfaction to work, to expose its weight status and ignores the humanistic care of light spirit, advocate the right humanized management, to form a new compatible and package of corporate culture.
