The essence of modern commercial banks is to maximize profits and to achieve their business objectives, and to treat financial assets and liabilities as the object of business. The salary incentive mechanism is an important part of the incentive theory for commercial banks, and it is also an important means of effective corporate governance. A reasonable salary incentive system
effectively stimulates the initiative, creativity and intent of bank employees, and gives full play to the potential of employees, thus making the bank long-term development.
Based on the theory of salary and incentives, this paper introduces the various aspects of the salary incentive mechanism of commercial banks in Guizhou Province of China, introduces the background of the topic, the significance of the topic and the research methods of this paper, and introduces the compensation management in human resource management through literature review. Theory provides a theoretical basis for empirical research. Through the empirical analysis of the sample survey of senior executives and general staff of commercial banks in Guizhou Province, the reasons for the problems are based on the analysis of current situation and empirical analysis. Combine the problem and theoretical knowledge, and learn from the relatively
mature experience of salary incentives abroad, analyze the internal environment of the bank and the external environment to propose effective improvement of the plan and achieve the goal.
This research explores and discovers the salary incentive system of China's Guizhou Commercial Bank. It is learned that the salary incentive system of China's commercial banks is relatively single, and the best results have not been reached in the process of constant deformation.
