This research is to study the establishment of talent pool on the strategic development of Chinese enterprisesin Chengdu, China. Firstly, this study listed the independent variables based on the strategic development of Chinese enterprises. Then this provided the research objectives, research questions, and hypotheses. Moreover, this study found some literature to explain the establishment of talent pool on the strategic development of Chinese enterprises. Although there are a lot of literature about this topic in China. However, the literature in the Chengdu area is very hard to find. Furthermore, this study adopts a quantitative method,through online questionnaires to collect the valid information. Apart from that, this studyuses the SPSS statistics software to analyze the data structure and hypotheses testing and draw the conclusion. Finally, this study listed some suggestions based on the research findings.
The findings of the studyare that the talent pool dimension of talent development and the talent pool dimension of succession planning are the significant factors for the strategic development of Chinese enterprises in Chengdu. However, the talent pool dimension of talent review cannot the predictor for the strategic development of Chinese enterprises in Chengdu.
